Shrink your deductible in the event of a claim. For each policy period without an accident or violation, we'll subtract $50 from your comprehensive or collision deductible.^# This is an optional coverage that will slightly increase your policy's cost. Learn more about the Deductible Savings Bank.

Small Accident Forgiveness: Starting with your first policy term, we won't raise your rate for your first claim less than $500.

Large Accident Forgiveness: If you've been a Progressive customer for at least five years and remained accident and violation-free for up to five years, your rate won't increase if you have a claim.

Progressive® Accident Forgiveness^##: You can purchase additional accident forgiveness benefits. When you buy Progressive Accident Forgiveness, you may be eligible to have one accident forgiven per policy period, in addition to any accidents that qualify for Small and Large Accident Forgiveness.

When you buy your auto policy, you'll automatically earn every discount you're eligible for based on the info from your quote. You could earn additional discounts just by changing your policy preferences, such as signing up for automatic payments. No, some discounts or policy features may not be available in your state.

You may lose discounts related to how long you've been claim or violation-free. However, you would still keep other discounts unrelated to your driving record, such as multi-policy, multi-car, online quote, and many others.
