Progressive is the best they accepted me with hands open my broker always answers the phone progressive makes me feel like family I wouldn't change it but I would recommend anyone I know to go with progressive the prices are very reasonable thank you progressive for looking after me

Transferring the app to a new phone has been a pain. Still have old number in policy,even though I verified the new number with customer service. Unable to access the entire app
