We switched from Farmers bc they quoted us $655 to have auto policy with our 16 year old son and we switched to progressive and now save $500 a month!!!

I am a new Progressive Customer and I had to call in and make a change to my auto coverage. The agent stayed on the phone with me forever and walked me through all the tech stuff, like downloading insurance verifications, declaration page, etc…..She was beyond helpful!

I appreciate the competitive rates and the people I spoke to were very pleasant. The paperwork was confusing as to what I was to return. I don't have a copy of what I sent you so I think it should have been conducted electronically.
