I’ve joined Progressive after being with a major insurer for 34 years. Progressive is incredibly better and I’m very glad I changed. They are on top of it.

Transferring the app to a new phone has been a pain. Still have old number in policy,even though I verified the new number with customer service. Unable to access the entire app

Getting the policy was not difficult. Threatening to cancel my policy because you think my adult children live in my FL residence when they live a thousand miles away NOT COOL !
