I appreciate the competitive rates and the people I spoke to were very pleasant. The paperwork was confusing as to what I was to return. I don't have a copy of what I sent you so I think it should have been conducted electronically.

Customer service could be much better. Someone sitting on hold so I representative can pick up the phone and tell you that it can be done. Online is not very professional. For what you people are charging for insurance you should be more than eager to assist.
