They did not give us the best possible discount based on a report that said we lived in 10 places over ten years when we have only lived in 3.

Progressive stepped in when State Farm, having been my car insurance since 1993, dropped us for what truly was a technicality of the Florida DMV system. Even though it was cleared easily through FLHSMV, State Farm decided to say goodbye to us. Their loss. I will happily stay with Progressive! You guys are great!! Thank you for your service!!

The insurance agent, Ms. Taylor is the one that made process smooth and seamless. She is the one that explained everything. Can’t say that Progressive should get credit for that.
